We're back in Sushi Tei after a few months hiatus, I love their food cus it's hard to go wrong with Sushi Tei. Same goes to crystal jade with XLB & la mian. We ordered our usual staples and some of the seasonal items.

Though this isn't ordinary unagi don, it tasted bland and normal. The menu showed three methods of eating. First, eat it as it is.

Second, pour the pork stock in another small bowl and mix rice with the unagi in the stock. I tried, but didn't like how it turned out.
Third, mix in sliced spring onion & seaweed.

I forgot what you call this. But it's not as good as Phoenix roll though bf said it is. Nevermind. I am eagerly awaiting my next visit to Sushi Tei. *chomp chomp
